We provide comprehensive sets of drawings for submittal to your local jurisdiction for permit approval. These include floor plans, electrical plans elevations, and cross sections. We provide our consultants with a preliminary design for structural plans and calculations along with energy analysis for further design review and stamp/ signature.
We have done a wide variety of projects including as-built plans for a stop of project by county due to permit not being issued, tiny homes, ADU’s , garage conversions, deck additions, deck remodels, residential additions, and residential homes.
